One day a girl named Lucy was on her way to her cousins house for a Sleepover.While she was walking she heard a strange noise behind her,she slowely turned around and BOO, screamed Lucy's cousins Helen and Maria.While Helen and Maria were balling there eyes out laughing Lucy ran down the road screaming,HELP PLEASE SOMEBODY A MONSTER.Helen and Maria looked at each other and ran after Lucy to try and catch up with her.When they caught up with Lucy they told her that it was them.When Lucy found out she went so red that she was as red as a tamato.Lucy promised that she would not be a scaredy cat any more.AND thats the truth.

That's a good start and the next time you write a story you will find the courage to stretch it out to full length. Don't rush - imagine the scene and try to make your reader imagine it also.
