Name: Cora Harrison
Message:Patricia: No, they haven’t come yet. I couldn’t believe it when I looked in the letterbox at the bottom of our very long avenue (150 metres) and they still were not there. However, I got a phone call from my publishers late this afternoon, They have now got the books and 12 copies have been posted off to me so I should have them tomorrow morning.

Roisin: Which dog? The dog I told you about was Mara (Heidi in millennium@drumshee) and she died in 1999 so then I got Wolf – you can see him on the first page of the website and as a puppy on the page about Wolf in the Midnight Forest.

Message:Shane: Mullagh was great. I enjoyed doing story writing there. What did you think of what I advised about your first paragraph?

David: I’ll put your story on the Story Club board as soon as I get back from Limerick today.

Roisin: I would read ‘Wolf in the Frozen Mist’ first. If you liked ‘Wolf in the Midnight Forest’ you will definitely like that.

Message:Dear Lorna,
It was very exciting for me to meet one of the girls that ‘Gorgeous’ is dedicated to. This website gets over 700 hits a day so that means I have friends all over the world. It’s a nice feeling, but I’d love to meet them all one day – in a very big hall!
I am planning on writing a sequel to ‘Gorgeous’. I would like to follow Fern through to secondary school.
By the way, ‘Heidi’ is very much my dog – I had such problems with her when she was young and then I joined a training club and she proved to be a dog bursting with brains and the best tracker in the club. A policeman wanted to buy her from me one day, when it was pouring rain and a gale was blowing and she was the only dog to complete the track.

Message:Danielle: My first book was Nuala & her Secret Wolf. Which book do you like best?

Patricia & Lisa: No, I’m afraid the books weren’t there when I arrived. Hopefully they will come on Monday. I’m dying to see them. I hope they come before I go off to visit Mayo libraries.

Leah: I’m delighted that you like my books. You can buy them on Amazon.com the Internet bookselling site. People in Britain and in America buy them from Amazon. I’m not sure when ‘Murder Strikes Again’ & ‘Treachery at Midnight’ will come into the Cork shops but hopefully it will be the end of this week or the beginning of next week. You could give Eason’s shop in Patrick Street a ring and ask them. They will have a date.

Message:Patricia, Lisa & Emma: It's very hard for me to judge the best or the funniest book that I wrote. It depends on the age group as a book that is right for an eight or seven year old is not right for a twelve year old. How old are you three? Which class in Dunmanway are you in?
