Message:St Conaire’s School, Shannon: Many thanks to the Principal, the teachers, and the pupils for a great welcome today. I loved the flowers, and I will treasure Mr Phil Brennan’s book of wonderful paintings. I’ve already gone through it twice.
Many thanks especially to Susan, the librarian who organised the visit.
Emma: Don't tell anyone who did the murder, will you? Half the fun of a book like that is trying to guess the murderer.

Message:Moyasta School: Hello to everyone. I had a great visit to your school today. I hope someone sends me a story.

Rineen School: I hope you liked the bookmarks.

Alannah: Wolfhound Press no longer exists. They sold out to Merlin (you'll see their address on Dark Days at Drumshee and on Secret Spy from Drumshee). My latest books: Murder Strikes Again, Treachery at Midnight and Gorgeous have all been published by Mentor, and you will see their address on the books.

Message:Heather: That's fine. I've made a note of it.

Pauline: I'm sure you will understand if I say that I keep the location of 'Drumshee' a secret. I reckon that about 100,000 children have read Drumshee books and if they were all, or even a small proportion of them, to visit me it would make life very difficult. I hope your grandniece enjoys the books. You might think of taking her to Cahermacnaughtan fort near the Aillwee caves on the Burren. That fort was a law school only five hundred years ago and it was one of my inspirations for 'Murder at Drumshee' and 'Murder Strikes Again'.

Message:Cora,

I have a grandniece living in England to whom I have introduced your books and she has read all but the two latest. She is coming to Galway for a few days after Christmas and I was wondering is there any chance of bringing her on a visit to Drumshee. I'll be giving her the two latest books when she arrives and I know she'd be thrilled to see the setting of them.
