Message: | Caoimhe: I'm not sure when it will come out, Caoimhe. I'll let you know when I have a date. The story has been an excellent one, but I think it could do with finishing now. This is always difficult and usually requires a bit of courage (and inspiration!).

I have a new book coming out soon which is about Limerick, also. It's called A Life for a Life and it's about a boy from Drumshee imprisoned in King John's Castle in Limerick.

Message: | Patricia: I think it might be a good idea to expand on the foster home. Give the name of the foster mother and try to visualise what it was like when your main character arrived there. Did she get a meal? What was the bedroom like? What did her foster mother say? What were the rules? Make it real for your reader so that they, too, can imagine what it is like. Claire, Sara & Lisa: Thanks for your messages.

Message: | Hid Cora, when you came to our school in Galway and you read a bit of Gorgeous I went strait down the town after school and I bought it in Easons. I came home and had my tea and then I just read and read it. I laughed and I cryed and I loved it. I finished it that night and when I came home from school next day I read it again.

Message: | Alannah: The last words in your story were 'but I' so I think some more must have gone missing. Send it to me on the message board and I will type it in. By the way, I think your story is great and I would recommend it to everyone to read. rose: Of course everyone has a different opinion of books. If you have a look at the review page and at the messages you will see that my book 'Gorgeous' is very popular with most readers. Lorcan: Thanks for all your story entries. You have a great imagination. Do you think the story is nearing its end now?

Message: | i usually like your books, and have bought all of your previous titles for my daughters aged 9 and 13, so i hope you don't mind me saying that 'gorgeous' is just dreadful- creaky, unnatural dialogue and a slow-moving, predictable plot..... my daughters didn't enjoy it at all. very disappointing.

Message: | Lorcan: That's fine - cautious people are often very brave. I just meant that he was different to Kesla who just jumps inot everything without looking or thinking first. I think this story is nearing to a close now, what do you all think? H.C.C.: I've had to delete your bit as it didn't make sense with what had gone before. By the way, I like full names and if possible your school name the first time you join in with the story or send a message.
