Message: | Heather: I'll see if I can find the last bit - Bridget wrote it and it was a great ending. I don't really want pen names on this site. It's not a chat room - just a website for people who like my books and or who, perhaps, have met me. Alexia: Do you mean a book on this website? Like, for instance, Alannah is doing with her story 'Thirteen - Yeah Right!'

Message: | I'm sorry that I haven't been putting comments on the story, but I will from now on. It is beginning to take a very exciting turn. I had to delete one entry as it did not make sense with everything else. By the way, please remember that you must use your real name - not a made up one.

Message: | Some great entries in the new story. Thanks to everyone who contributed. Alannah: I think you need a plan - in a way, a story should be an unravelling of a plot - you should decide originally what your ending should be and then everything in the story should lead to it. Sarah: My publisher for 'Gorgeous' is Mentor. Have a look at the books page (you can click on it from the menu on the top of the first page of this website) and then you will see details of all my publishers.

Message: | Cora: I don't really have a plan for an ending. Maybe I could make Jainie and Rachel become friends again, and Jainie realising that its not all about clothes and you don't have to have a fashionable friend to look pretty. Something like that.

Message: | The current story was ended by Bridget at half past midnight - perhaps about 6.00pm in Idaho USA. I thought it was an excellent ending. Any ideas for a new story???? Bridget: Thanks for a great ending to the story. I thought the last sentence was brilliant. Summer: Thanks for your questions. I'll get back to you later tonight, or tomorrow.

Message: | Alannah: I'm so sorry that O'Brien Press rejected your book. I thought it was very good and very clever. Don't ever throw it away. Perhaps you might try an English publisher. Irish publishers are a bit difficult sometimes. They have to feel that they can guarantee sales of about four thousand copies before they will take a chance on a new author. I'm not sure about Thirteen... I'd know better when it finishes or when I have a look at your plan for an ending.

Message: | Cora: My book got rejected from O'Briens Press. I was sent back yesterday. They said in their letter that they liked it a lot but it wasn't what they were looking for. I might try another story now. Do you think that I should sent 'Thirteen - yeah right!' to them when its finished? Oh, by the way, chapter 9 of my story has been sent.
