Name: Cora Harrison
Message:Cliona: I'm looking forward to meeting you, also. I am going to talk about my two new books - so the talk will be fresh, even if the face is not!

Brittany: I've put your new story on the story board. It's great. Please do finish it. It's a very exciting idea for a story.

Message:Claire: Thanks for the lovely review. I was veyr interested in it. Do you think I made the right decision for the ending?
Don't bother trying to do the other review during the week; I know how busy you are with homework - next weekend will be fine.
Amy: tThat's a good plan for a story. When you write it don't rush it. Build up the tension and spell out the unhappiness of your character and the unbearable qualaity of her life.

Being bullied
There's a new girl at school .It is me .All the popular girls thought i would be popular aswell. But they ended up to be wrong .They never thought I would were glasses were braces and .So they decided to bullie me.What I say is leave me aloneI did nothing to you.

when I got home I got an unexpected call from the eye clinic and the dentist they said I dont need glasses or braces anymore.I was so delighted and amazed I feel free at last

The next day i went to school everyone jumped out of there seats and said can i play with you even the bullies wanted too.

Message:Hi Cora,
I forgot to say that I will be reading A Life for a Life tonight. I love the cover. I wish I could draw and paint like that.

Message:Hi Cora,
Doomed to Die is brilliant. Harald is excellent. He is a real teenage boy - a bit of a show-off and yet quite sensitive underneath. there was a wonderful contrast between himself and Nessa - it was almost like the contrast between light and shade. He was so sunny and her life was so much in the shadows with her father's death and her mother's terrible illness.
Fintan was good, too. I loved the bit when he came back into the cottage and realised the truth. I thought he showed great dignity there.
Another wonderful book from you, Cora. Thank you so much. I will always be influenced by you.

Message:Ursula: That sounds like a great idea. I must say that in 25 years of teaching I was never bored - often very tired, but never bored. It would be a good idea to do psychology with it as the more you understand about the learning process, the better a teacher you will be.

Brittany: Yes, I've done that. It wasn't as good as your other ones.

No one seems to be joining in with the story these days. If someone else would put in an entry Bridget might be able to finish it off. Both she and Claire are good at endings and I think Claire is pretty busy these days.

Message:Hi Cora:
Yesterday was the first day of Swim Team practice for this year (the swimmers get the end of August to the beginning of September off). My friends and I came to practice early because we were so excited. For some reason, our coach decided that we should do dry-land exercises, push-ups and chicken walk (don't ask), until we were so sore that we could barely walk.
Sorry, I just had to gripe about practice somehow.

Today all the American citizens recited the Preamble of the Constitution together to celebrate the day the Constitution was signed. The strange thing is that my family learned the Preamble a long time ago from a Schoolhouse Rock song, so it was a little embarrassing singing it while everyone else was just saying it.

Message:Ursula! That's brilliant! I'm so delighted for you. So, now is it full-steam ahead for an equally brilliant Leaving Cert. or are you taking a year off for Transition Year.
Bridget: I'm sure that will take a very long time. Don't worry about reviews. Your story is getting on very well and the last bit that you added to the group story is excellent.
Alison & Clodagh: Thanks for the reviews. I agree with Claire - they are both very original and sound very natural.
