Message:Conor: I popped your story on this morning - and a a few words of advice.
It might actually be a good idea to have a look at a book that you and your friends admire - and buy - and check the proportion of dialogue to straight text. I've advised about fifty-fifty, but I may be wrong.

Message:Taiane: Was it an e-book in Portuguese - or in English?
I think you should try it in English.
Does Amazon.com deliver to Brazil? I know that Amazon UK deliver to here in Ireland.
I'm sure that you could give it a go in English - and if you have a Kindle then you can can look up words as you read the e-book.

Message:Hey!
I found "Jane Austen stole my boyfriend" here in Brazil, but it's only an "e-book". I really want the book... But to buy in Amazon is more difficult because I live n other country... And in Amazon I think I can buy in hardcover. Maybe I'll by "I was Jane Austen's best friend" in English too. It's good because I'll learn more words :)
Oh, and I want the third book too!!! LOL =)

As to the romance.....
I'm debating whether to actually make Conor and Laura be in a relationship, or I might just leave it until my second or third book, because this book is part of a series....

Message:I would so love to have a film made of the books, Jessica. Like you, I think it could be lovely. I adore the gowns they wore and I love these country dances where they exchange a few words and then move on and eventually have a few private minutes together at the end of the room.

Message:Conor: That's a great section that you posted - and a huge number of words! Was it about ten thousand?

Brigid: Still not enough, I'm afraid. Don't keep starting new stories and then running out of material after about three lines. Get an idea and then plan how it is going to end, then put a beginning, a middle, perhaps a twist in the third part and then lead on towards an exciting ending. What's the best ending that you have ever read in a book?
