Message:Hi Cora:
Today it was actually quite cold. At about eight o'clock in the morning it was ten degrees below 0. That's Farenheit, though. I've never undestood centigrade. It got a bit warmer over the day. It was about 20 degrees Farenheit by six o'clock. There is plenty of snow on the ground, too (We rarely ever get rain).

Message:Cora: I've just noticed in my new story that I made a mistake in the dates. On the second entry of Jessica's diary I was supposed to write the 7th December Wednesday. You don't have to change this but I just wanted to tell you just in case you got a bit mixed up.

Message:Aideen: To be honest with you, I don't know yet if her father's going to be her real father and if her mother's going to be her stepmother. I don't really plan my stories beforehand; I just write them.
I haven't read 'Doomed to Die' yet but I read a review in a newspaper that said it was probably Cora's best book ever.
What part of the country are you from? I'm live in Mayo.

Message:Hi alannah: I like your story - is it going to be her real father, and her stepmother???

By the way I agree with you. A Life for a Life is excellent though I think Doomed to Die is a tiny bit better. Have you read that?

Bridget: I normally say 'Happy Christmas' but 'Merry Christmas' is just as good. Do you eat turkey for Christmas over in America?
Megan: It's great to hear from you. I'm looking forward to a Christmas story from you. Perhaps we'll have a competition again this year.
Alannah: Yes, thanks, I've sorted out the second chapter in 'Twice as Gorgeous'. Now it's just a matter of waiting until the publisher decides to publish. They take ages. Thanks for your story. I've put it on the Story Board.

Merry Christmas! I've heard that in Europe people say Happy Christmas, but I'm just used to the other way.
My family is going on a vacation over Christmas, and we won't have much time for celebrating. So we just celebrated Christmas today since it's St. Nicholas Day!
