Message:Hi to Aoife 5. Obviously, I'm Aoife aswell. Yeah, I totally agree. Why does everyone hog the name Aoife now? Like when I'm going into shops wanting to get one of those dinky little keyrings that says your name on them, and the 'Aoife's' are ALWAYS gone!! Will the key-ring snatchers PLEASE stand up????!!!

Message:Hi, Cora. It's me again. Haven't been on your website in AGES!! I am just after noticing that my untitled story is on the Story Club and I'm so sorry that I didn't have Part 2 in yet! At the moment I'm brainstorming. I've been asking y friends for their opinions on what would make an incredulous and sceptical story. (I apologize for the awfully awful fancy talk. I am afraid th thesaurus had gotten the better of me.)
Hey, did I mention that I'm going to be twelve on Saturday??! SO lookin' forward to it. I'm having my party on St. Patrick's Day after the parade. Can't wait!!
Yours extravagantly, (there we go again) Aoife.

Message:Dear Megan,
I've been meaning to write to you about your story 'Dancing Camp'. You see, what you sent me is an excellent plan for a story, but what you need now is to tell the story so that it is exciting, interesting and good fun.
Start with something one of the girls says and carry on from there. Write down what each one of them says.
When they get to the camp, make something exciting, terrible, or dangerous happen.
Imagine that you are trying to get a whole class interested in your story. You must have them wondering what is going to happen next.

Sarah: I think I like 'Treachery at Midnight' because it is full of exciting events.

Message:Nicole: Try typing out a bit everyday. If you give yourself an aim of doing about half a page a day it won't seem too impossible a task. In future, if I were you, I would do your stories on the computer.
Sarah: I think my best book is 'Treachery at Midnight', but I do like 'millennium@drumshee' - the dog in it was a a dog I loved very much. Her name was Mara, but in the book I called her Heidi.
No, I haven't lived in Cork since 1960; I live in Clare now.

Message:Claudia: I think I picked Wolf (rather than any other animal) because of the chance that I named my puppy, Wolf. I think, also, that I am very interested in wolves. I saw a pack once at a zoo in England and the owner of the zoo went into the enclosure, sat on a rock and they all came up wagging their tails and they looked just like big dogs.
Aoife: I meant 100,000 words - sorry. I do things in such a rush that I make mistakes!
Aisling: 'Twice as Gorgeous' is written. It's up to Mentor Books when it is published.
Nicole: How many pages are in your story - four pages of handwriting might only be about one page of compter typing.
