Message:I think, Conor, you will have to split it into three, or four, to be safe, sections. Label each clearly so that I can put them all together.
I've talked to my webmaster and that's what he thinks that you should do. I've reassured him that someone like you only comes along every ten years or so!

It begins with: Rueben knew that he was being chased. It was obvious.
and ends with:
The guard leapt up and smashed a foot down onto Sťamus's back and he

Don't hold your breath for my verdict. I'm desperately busy at the moment.
(In the publishing world editors usually take a month before they get back to you, so you will have a taste of what that world is like while you wait for me!)

Name: Conor
Message:I sent you two parts of it.... not just one.
Dated:Thu Feb 7 16:06:47 2013

Name: Cora Harrison
Message:Conor: I got about 23,000 words from you and it ends mid-sentence:
The guard leapt up and smashed a foot down onto Sťamus's back and he

Is there more to come?

You couldn't possibly have edited it (critically) in that time. Put it away for a couple of weeks and then come back to it and look at it critically. Try reading it aloud - to the dog if necessary.

Message:Goodness, Conor, you are up late! I don't usually check emails after about 5:30 in the evening, so it doesn't matter how late they come - they just get opened at about 9:00 in the morning.

Did you send the story? If so, it hasn't arrived - and I have checked 'Junk' and it's not there.

Send again, will you?

Message:If I were you, Rachel, I would save your story on your laptop - and just to make doubly sure - ask a grown-up to help you save it onto a memory stick, or a cd. and then you will have two copies.
You might change your mind later about having other people read it, but get it finished first.

I liked your acrostic - and yes, I did notice the first letter on each of the four lines spelled out my name. Here it is for other people to enjoy:

Cora your kind I love you books
One I like is the castle of drumshe
Rachael is my name I like it a alot
And your name is cora look at the start of each sentence
