Name: Cora Harrison
Message:Sorry for confusing you - I just assumed that was the way that everyone did their stories - you just write it in 'Word', check it over, then go to the 'edit' menu (in Word), 'select all', then press 'copy' still in the 'edit' menu and then click on the blank space in the Story Club and press 'paste' in the Story Club Edit menu.

Otherwise, just type straight into the Story Club space as, I presume, you do normally.
Anyway, just divide it into chapters and then send me the result.

Message:i'm a bit confused. you mean write it on the word document and and then send it to you?but how? unless you mean by the story club?

Message:Well, Aoibheann, you certainly have loads of ideas in that story synopsis that you sent!

Now, let's take the next step. Open up a Word document on your computer, then click on the numbering bullets (or else you can write the numbers yourself) and divide the stories into chapters. Send me this in the same way - I have to go out now but I'll reply as soon as I can.

Sophie & Meabh: I think I did sign some spares at Ennis Bookshop if you want to have a look.

Message:Aoibheann: Don't worry about it - I know you have lots of spare time activities - (but don't bother sending just a few lines - it's quite fiddly for me to update the story and it just isn't worth it unless something new is added.)

Kristine: Junior Cert must come first. Hope you get top in all of Ireland for English!

Sarah: Sometimes it's easy - when things are going well and ideas are flooding into your mind, but sometimes it's hard and only sheer, dogged persistance will keep an author going.

I haven't put your message on because, personally, I don't think it's a good idea for children to put their email address on the Internet, even on a safe site like this one - or at least a site as safe as I can possibly make it. However, there are people who prowl the Internet looking to make contact with children so I always say - don't give your real address, or your email address.

If you would like a photograph of me why not take it from the home page or the biography page. Just right-click and then copy.
