Poor ye! Is it blocked badly?

I'm starting a snowman at school tomorrow.
Stil not done the scarf though hehe.

The Anual Late Late Toy Show is on tomorrow. The First with Ryan Tubirdey. (Sorry I'm unsure how to spell it.) I prefere Pat Kenny but...

Anyway I'm staying at my best friend's house with my best friends.
Remember Sadhbh?
It's her house, in Quin, and being a regular there we can do many the thing there.
Also, my other best friends Shauna And Nicole are coming too. It's going to be great fun. Of course I'll be bringing my knitting!

Message:I think you are right - authors do sometimes panic - I do, though I do always have a plan, but sometimes I think - is this material ever going to last a whole book!
But then I just concentrate on describing what's happening and what the people are thinking and feeling and so far, (fingers crossed) it has seemed to work out.
I think you're right. You just need to push yourself rather than taking the easy option of starting a new story.
Yes, I can knit, but I haven't done it since my children were young (a long time ago!)
We've been blocked in by the flood, but I have been busy writing so it hasn't bothered me.

Message:I know, It doesn't seem that long.

Seems Obvious that I read does it?
Of course every one reads.
My reading ability has improved, Has my Vocabulary but I haven't heard of 'Amy Green'.

Could you name the Author?

I find that with myself too. Rushing and Such...
Anyway...I've read in Books that the writer's find that too but push themselves on. I'm going to pursue such ideas.

The flooding has improved. School is open but big traffic jam's cause everyone to be late but still open. First day open was today.

Can you knit? I've been thought in school, home etc. I've found the knitting bug and etc ha.
So Far, I've knitted a hairband, two wristbands and am on a scarf.

Message:Goodness, is it that long!

Yes, you have improved and I can guess that you are a reader - in fact I wonder whether you are reading 'Amy Green' at the moment...

Your big problem is that you will not stick at a story. You get a good idea and start racing up the field with it (as if it was a game of hurley) and then you run out of steam and abandon it.

Remember that it's often while a writer is wrestling with ideas to keep the story going that the best ideas come.

So do try to make some sort of plan. If a better idea comes along, then you grab that idea, but if it doesn't, at least the story keeps going.

How's the flooding in Ennis? Is your school open?

I've just been thinking back about your visit in 2007. You picked me out as Fern, and I've been writing here since then. I've changed ha.
I'm no longer in Fourth Class Anymore of Course.
I'm Currently in Sixth Class in my last year at The Gaelscoil....Next year I'm heading off to GaeilColaiste Secondary School....Continuing with the Irish anyway.
I was wondering could you tell me if my Writing has 'Improved'? I've been thinking about it..as I find writing quite easy to do. I know my Words have shot up as I've read more over the years.
I'm Just Wondering.

Message:Cora: I hadn't thought of her as having such potential as a character, but now that you point it out, it would be really interesting to give her more of a part to play in the story!

Name: Cora Harrison
Message:Kristine: Someone who writes as well as you could make her a very interesting character - idolising her brother - and yet perhaps deep down - almost at subconscious level - unhappy about the situation - she could be the one who fronts all the social service meetings etc...

Megan & Emma: Not sure what you mean - your message is there and I answered.

Message:Cora: Please take your time, I'm very grateful that you read it at all :) !
I really like that suggestion actually. I hadn't thought of that, and you're right, it does make a lot more sense that way! In the current version, no, she's not aware of the stuff that's going on.

Message:That sounds very interesting, Emma & Megan. Who was Tommy Millars?

Kristine: Nice to hear from you. I'll put the story on when I get a minute. I'm in the middle of editing one book and another will arrive in a few days!
By the way, I was thinking about your modern story and I decided that if Nat's mother was the doctor's sister, not the housekeeper, and that she actually lived in the house, it would be much more plausible that he would be allowed to adopt. It could be interesting painting her picture. Did she suspect? Was she under his influence?

Aoibheann: Coud you send the title to your new story - just send it in capital letters to the Story Club and a few lines telling me how you are going to end it!
