Message:Ellis: The first thing you must do is imagine your main character. Think about her for a while - what she looks like, what she's like inside.
And then give her a problem - a problem that has to be solved.
Think about how you are going to end the book.
And then think of a good opening. Something that would make someone in a shop, picking up your book, want to read on in order to find out what happens.
Good luck.

Message:Katelan: I'm glad it was the romance that you liked the best. I did want it to be a romantic book.
I hope that you enjoy 'Jane Austen Stole My Boyfriend' as much as you enjoyed the first book.

Message:Hi Cora!!
I think it was the romance.
I have now finished 'I was Jane Austens Best Friend' and have just started 'Jane Austen Stole My Boyfriend'.
I cant belive that Edward-John wont let Jenny marry Captain Thomas Williams.
I think they are a perfect match.

Message:Hello Cora, recently i posted a proposal on the story board and you suggested that i write a proper story from it which i have been working on but can you give me some tips on how to start the story? I want it to be a romance like Jane Austen's.
I also recently took a quiz (for a laugh) to see which historical person i was, the result was that i was Jane Austen!!

Message:Katelan: Was it the romance, the friendship between the two girls or the descriptions of the clothes that you liked best?
This would really help me when deciding about a third book.

I'm not sure about authors. My advice would be to ask a librarian. They are usually very helpful.

Message:I think that might be interesting, Julie. I've been thinking about her. Just make sure that the letter reveals an intriguing situation - a reason why she doesn't want her mother to adopt someone new.

Message:Yes, I felt like that, too, Jordan.

Thomas had given Jenny a small gig, called a 'whiskey' to drive herself around the Isle of Wight. A stray horse collided with it; Jenny was thrown out and died instantly.

Jane's nephew, writing sixty years later, still remembered how upset his aunt was at the news.

Message:Thank you for reading my story I posted, I will definitely look at Georgette Heyer. Thank you for the reccomendation. I wrote it because I really enjoyed reading the language from Pride and Predjudice and the way you made Jane in your book write a better proposal than Tom did to her sister Cassandra!
