Message:I answered them straight away, MIchaela.
Here they are again:

Michaela's questions:
would you write another one of your books?
Not Drumshee ones.
Was it fun writing books?
Yes I enjoy it.
How did you get the idea of Titanic voyage? Seeing the film.
How many schools would you go to a year?
I used to do loads and this year, so far, I've done one and only intend to do one more.

Message:Lily: I'm more interested in the short story idea - I WISH I HAD LISTENED. I rarely like children's poems - the struggle for a rhyme always makes them sound contrived and insincere.

Any ideas yet? You could start with a list of 7 chapters - fill your seven pages.

Message:Minnie: I love it - do keep within the limits of your age and your experience. Put down all of your dreams and don't try to pretend to be older than you are. Believe me, your feelings at the moment are unique and many an older writer would pay to be able to emperience them.

Message:Congratulations to your teacher - what a great title.

With a title like that you must jump straight into the middle of the story - a family arguement, perhaps, or a warning from a teacher.

Jot down a few ideas on the story club form and I'll add a few more.

Message:Minnie: Keep going with what you have in this one. I think it is your best.

Taiane: Don't start looking for and ending. Really explore Mary Bennet' feelings and her thoughts about Jane and Elizabeth - and even Lydia. You have a lot of material there.

Message:Thankyou.
Oh wow, Charlotte Bronte didn't know anything about love?
My brother loves Wuthering Heights, he has read it about twenty times! I LOVE Jane Eyre it is a fabulous book.
Thankyou, Cora. Well, its just I have LOTS of experience of unrequited love you see, (well, its barely unrequited if I never asked any of them out but you see what I mean). And thankyou very much I will try and write a romance. I did start writing 'My Horse and The Rose' earlier last year but I think I just got bored. I dont know. Might unearth it again.
Hope you liked my piece of writing!

Message:Minnie: I think you do romance - the very tentative beginnings of romance - very, very well.
I would stick to that. Don't try to ape some of those teen books. When Charlotte Bronte wrote Jane Eyre she had no experience of romance, nothing but her feelings, her hopes and her longings and look what a masterpiece she wrote.

Message:Hello, Cora.
Put on another piece of writing.
I meant to show you my poem that got published in a magazine, but now I can't publish it on your site. Oh well, I am not a poet, really. I prefer to write.

Cora, what tone do you think I write best in? Sadness, romance, fear? Just wondering

And what genre? Mystery, Historical, Fiction or Romance etc?

Thanks
Minnie xx
